A simple but challenging theory that fits every finding of Physics – the “Theory of Grand Settlement”!
1) Infinitely back in time, there was nothing. Absolute nothing. There was no baryonic or non-baryonic matter or even energy or fields present in the infinite void. It was a void beyond human comprehension, which we may call the “Absolute Empty Space”. It was a point-like entity with zero dimension as far as human intellect or for that matter, any energy entity is concerned. So we may also call this the “White Singularity” for the convenience of physics. It was a space of nothing that could accommodate everything, meaning it was infinitely nothing.
(2) What would be the rate of time flow here? Convincingly, it must be infinite. If we introduce a photon here, it would simultaneously be present throughout the void. Here, the speed of light being the ratio of distance (infinitely large) travelled by the photon to the time consumed (at an infinite rate) is a constant, say “c”. Yes, the value of the limit, that is, the ratio of infinity divided by infinity, is a constant.
(3) Now, we can convincingly bring into this Absolute Empty Space a new space made up of the lowest form of energy, the one that we live in, and we call it the Energy Space. The building blocks of this energy space are the fundamental non-baryonic energy specks which were created as follows.
(4) Yes, it all started at least with one inadvertent energy perturbation, if not many, infinitely back in time. To compensate for the first energy speck, a host of phase-shifted (anti)energy specks would have emanated. Why should it be a host of many phase-shifted energy specks? The absolute (empty) space is not uni-dimensional. It accommodates innumerable dimensions that would come into play in the Universe. For example, the space provided by our galaxy has one of these dimensions, where we are accustomed to linking every particle with one anti-particle, which is 180 degrees opposite in dimension. Likewise, different galaxies will have different (phase-shifted) dimensions in the Universe.
(5) Thus, the individual (phase-shifted) anti-energy specks having appeared in different reference frames with minuscule time differences, thanks to the principle of non-simultaneity of events, would cater to further emanations of phase-shifted anti-energy specks. This cycle would go on forever resulting in the creation of phase-shifted energy specks at an exponential rate. Here, the cause-and-effect chain need not be a (physical) discrete phenomenon. It can be a (mathematical) continuous phenomenon.
(6) The phase-shifted energy components so emanated could not accept the Absolute Empty Space as a place for their residence and could not stay there on an “as is where is” basis because it is not a usable (pre-existing) place but a dimensionless point as far as the energy specks are concerned. So, these energy components had to clump together to avoid availing the absolute (empty) space. This phenomenon of non-acceptance or rejection of space by energy is called the “ERS (Energy Rejects Space) Gravity” or the “ERS Force”.
(7) These phase-shifted energy specks would align phase-wise and assemble to grow as a lobe in every phase dimension. The time flow which was hitherto at an infinite rate in the absolute empty space would now suffer a dent and start flowing at a finite but very high rate in this just-created energy lobe. The speed ratio of light would be maintained at “c” here too.
(8) As the energy components continued to pour from the point of White Singularity (Absolute Empty Space), multiple phase-shifted lobes of energy spaces would start forming by the process of energy rejecting space (to start with, by rejecting the Absolute Empty Space). It is the collection of such phase-shifted energy spaces or phase-shifted galaxies that became the universe we live in.
(9) This individual energy lump coupled with the newborn time component is a new dynamic entity, called the Energy-Space-Time continuum or the Energy-Space-Time fluid. It would start growing with a newly found dimension corresponding to every energy lobe. This phenomenon of the growth of energy lobes obtains energy from the White Singularity through hypothetical passages, called White Holes.
(10) These lobes are filled with non-baryonic (invisible) energy-space-time fluid, to start with, like water in the wells. Like the bottoms of the water wells containing high-density water, a gradient of energy density formed around the first energy speck, placed at the centres of different energy lobes.
(11) As the inflow of energy continues, and as the energy density increases further in the centre regions of the lobes, the non-baryonic energy fluid becomes baryonic by the fusioning of energy specks due to the same (ERS) gravitational process and transforms into subatomic particles. During such fusioning of energy particles, while using a substantial portion to create subatomic particles, a minimum portion might be lost through annihilations due to their (minimum) phase differences. This causes emanations of microwave radiations like today’s Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB), observed live.
(12) Depending on the concentrations of the energy fluid, an energy gradient forms from vacuum energy (today’s Dark Energy) to Dark Matter at the non-baryonic level and from Sub-Atomic Particles to Atoms, Molecules and different astronomical bodies like Meteoroids, Planets, Stars, Black-holes, etc., in the baryonic level in each energy lobe, that becomes one of the galaxies in due course.
(13) The volume and density of energy fluid around energy bodies would vary depending on their masses. The more massive an object is, the denser would be the energy fluid around it. This variation in the density of energy-space-time fluid around energy bodies would give rise to a field analogous to Einstein’s gravitational field that warps or curves the space-time fabric around such energy bodies, resulting in his Theory of General Relativity. Yes, this non-baryonic Energy-Space-Time fluid is nothing but Einstein’s space-time fabric.
(14) In a region of uniform density of the energy-space-time fluid, a moving object would create high-density and low-density mediums before and behind, making the light adjust its speed with that of the moving body. The time moves slower in the high-density medium and faster in the low-density medium, making the speed of light constant “c” in either direction, which results in the Theory of Special Relativity.
(15) The intergalactic regions, left out from the formation of galactic regions, are put together still the absolute empty space (or the White Singularity), where time flows at infinite speed. Or this region put together is a point from the perspective of every energy entity of the Universe. That means the borders of all galactic bodies would be joined in such a way that the Universe would be isotropic and homogeneous for any point in the Universe.
(16) This Absolute Empty Space is not only residing in the intergalactic regions, rather it resides everywhere in the Universe as an underlying entity. If one drills down from any point in the Universe he would end up with a point, the White Singularity or the absolute empty space. Yes, the secret of our Quantum Theory lies in this very underlying entity.
(17) The underlying space called Absolute Empty Space prevails everywhere making the Universe floating and non-local. By approaching the quantum world one approaches the absolute empty space, where time moves very fast and particles appear in different places simultaneously. This phenomenon enables the fundamentals of Quantum Physics, like Wave-Particle Duality, Quantum Entanglement, Quantum Superposition, Quantum Tunneling and the Uncertainty Principle.
(18) Thus, this ERS gravity being a consequential effect of energy rejecting space is responsible for both the creation of and all the dynamism within, the energy-space-time of the Universe. Now, a backward extrapolation, as a reverse action to the above-explained exponential space creation would take us to an infinitely past point in time, since e^x=0, only when the value of x is negative infinity, which denies a definite beginning of the Universe, like the Big Bang.
(19) Isaac Newton assumed a pre-existing flat space and defined gravity as an attractive force and explained how it works between bodies. Albert Einstein replaced Newton’s flat space with a curved spacetime and explained how it more accurately works between bodies of matter and energy of the Universe. Both of them answered the HOW question, not the WHY question of gravity. This ERS Gravity addresses the WHY question while accepting the How parts of both.
(20) The ERS Gravity being responsible for the clumping of energy components, is realized as different processes, like fusions, bondings, collisions and mergings depending on the masses of the energy bodies.
(21) The ERS Gravity is responsible for all three fundamental interactions, the Electro Magnetic Force, the Weak Nuclear Force and the Strong Nuclear Force at the micro-level. This naturally includes the neuro and conscious level activities mediated by the electromagnetic interactions in the biological organisms. Also at the macro level, this redefined(ERS) gravity is responsible for today’s fourth fundamental interaction namely, the Gravitational Force.
(22) The ERS Gravity is the underlying cause of entropy of every energy-space-time system in the Universe. It causes the Arrow of Time and thereby, the Arrow of Entropy to be unidirectional. The ERS Gravity is responsible not only for the increase of entropy but depending on the configuration of the systems, for the decrease too.
(23) The ERS Gravity, being responsible for mergers of astronomical bodies, like, stars, neutron stars, black holes, etc., causes the generation of gravitational waves, by waving the basic vacuum energy fluid of the energy-space-time, that surrounds them, and makes the waves travel outward towards lesser energy density regions and further down up to the absolute-empty-space. So, the gravitational waves would easily be felt within the same galactic region compared to the far-off places.
(24) The ERS Gravity is the cause of the missing masses, like, mass-deficits and mass-defects, observed during the process of fusions and mergers of energy bodies both in the micro and macro levels. This is due to the partial annihilation of mass (energy) depending on their phase differences. Particularly, it causes huge mass (energy) annihilation during black-hole mergers within galaxies and galactic mergers both within and among galactical groups, because of their higher phase differences. These galactic mergers would be a never-ending phenomenon as they head towards the hypothetical endpoint of the Universe, called, the Black Singularity.
(25) Also, the fate of the Universe would never find an end at the Black Singularity because the above-merged galaxies would have lost only a portion of mass while heading towards but without reaching there. And, by that time the births of new galaxies would continue to replenish the Universe as the inflow of energy from the White Singularity would never stop.
